I am an avid sports fan and this blog is going to focus on MLB during the spring and summer, then transition into covering college football.  I have lived in NJ, Philly, Ohio, San Francisco, and NYC, so I plan on covering day-to-day happenings of many teams - both the NL and AL for baseball, and all the BCS leagues in college football.  Comments on college basketball and pro football are also likely.  I cover soccer at footieworld.net if anybody would like to comment on that.
